Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking

A booking is confirmed once we have received your request and sent a confirmation by email or message, and once deposit of 25% has been received.

By confirming a booking, the guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in SEK, Euros, or US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices include:

• bed linen

• bath & beach towels

• bathrobes

• final cleaning

• access to all included amenities

No hidden fees will be added after booking.

Full payment is required upon arrival. 

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or message).

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival

• Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable

Depending on availability, we may offer the possibility to reschedule your stay within the same season.

4. Check-in & Check-out

🕑 Check-in: from 2 p.m.
🕚 Check-out: until 11 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

5. House Rules

To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to:

• Respect quiet hours after 10 p.m.

• No smoking inside the tents

• Respect nature, wildlife, and other guests

• Take care of the facilities and equipment

Any damage caused during the stay may be charged accordingly.

Pets are welcome.

6. Liability

Guests use the property, facilities, and on-site activities at their own risk.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

Guests remain responsible for their own safety while moving around the property and participating in activities.

Parents are fully responsible for supervising children at all times.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including extreme weather conditions, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the stay.

In such cases, we will do our best to offer a rescheduling or alternative solution whenever possible.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay if guests do not respect the house rules or behave in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. A Final Note

This is not a hotel.
It is a peaceful retreat immersed in nature.

Small imperfections linked to outdoor living, weather, wildlife, or the forest environment are part of the experience and make each stay unique.
